Darryl is a Vancouver based lighting designer and theatre technician. Having completed studies in Stagecraft & Event Technology, Darryl is an emerging designer specializing in lighting and projection design. Shows ranging from musical such as The Lion King Jr., Beauty and the Beast Jr., and Bah Humbug to stage plays such as Jekyll and 7 Stories.

Darryl has started designing lights for dance productions such as It’s Just a Tiny Dot, and other forms of events. Aside from design, Darryl works in the lower mainland as a stage technician with skills ranging from lighting and video, to sound and even stage management. Presently, Darryl is a Resident Theatre Technician at Simon Fraser University, and also works with IATSE 118 and various other theatre around the lower mainland.
